Return & Refund Policy

At BloomsBell.lk, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 3–5 days of delivery or store pickup
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • ○ Items must be unused and in original condition
    • ○ Items must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not due to our fault
  • Personal care items if opened

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via:
    • Bank transfer

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error, such as wrong or damaged item, we will cover the shipping cost
  • Otherwise, the customer must bear the return shipping cost

Store Pickup Returns

  • Items collected via Store Pickup can also be returned within 3 days
  • A receipt or order confirmation must be provided
